Job Overview
We are on the lookout for a talented and compassionate Cardiac Sonographer to become an integral part of our skilled team. This full-time remote position emphasizes work-life balance and a collaborative culture that champions technical proficiency and personal well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a range of advanced cardiac ultrasound procedures, including Transthoracic Echo and Stress Echo techniques.
- Collaborate with physicians during Transesophageal Echo (TEE) examinations.
- Adjust imaging parameters as necessary to ensure optimal diagnostic quality.
- Monitor and assess patient vital signs throughout the ultrasound procedures.
- Create preliminary reports for cardiologists based on the examinations conducted.
- Maintain high standards of image quality by utilizing specialized imaging methods such as echo contrast and myocardial strain imaging.
- Engage in echocardiographic assessments in the Cath Lab, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to sonographer students, fostering a culture of learning and development.
Required Skills
- Active Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) certification.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Adult or Pediatric Echocardiographer is preferred; however, recent graduates are encouraged to apply!
- A valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.

Compensation And Benefits
- Up to \(15,000 in bonuses, including a \)5,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days, a \(5,000 bonus after 6 months, and a \)5,000 retention bonus after one year.
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from \(44.59 to \)71.80.
- Opportunities for paid travel to remote clinic locations (up to two hours away).
